What is Thread Lifting?

Thread lifting is a procedure that provides a tighter and younger appearance of the skin through special threads placed in the subcutaneous connective tissue. These special threads placed in the connective tissue provide support like a skeleton in the applied area. These special threads used in thread lifting are usually PDO COG (barbed, shaped) type threads and have the potential to stimulate collagen production. Permanent lifting threads show long-term effects. Dissolvable threads can last between 9 months and 2 years.
